Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the restoration of fire and water damage projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the customer and client experience, supervising restoration technicians, and ensuring the quality of our work. Key Responsibilities- Manage the Customer Experience: Track customer satisfaction through online reviews and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Supervise Restoration Technicians: Communicate clear expectations and oversee the activities of our restoration technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Coordinate Production Processes: Schedule and manage production processes to ensure that quality control is maintained and that projects are completed efficiently.
- Ensure Safety and Quality: Identify potential safety hazards and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Document Job Files: Maintain accurate and detailed job files to support the services provided.
- Manage Labor and Consumables: Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects and ensure that assets are protected and used properly.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with basic math and computer skills.
- Experience: Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred, but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications are preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
- Travel: Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
- Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $16-18/hour, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
