Customer Service Liaison

This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of the Insight Global team as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.
Key Responsibilities- Opening and closing the store each day, managing inventory and tracking shipments
- Helping customers with package pickup and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolve escalated issues
- Self-sufficient with basic computer skills to enter shipping information
- Previous customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines
