Inceed is collaborating with a distinguished organization to identify a proficient Product Owner II to enhance their team.

This role entails acting as the technical authority and advisor on intricate, multi-disciplinary software initiatives, as well as overseeing the technological stewardship of all product facets throughout the complete product lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and maintenance of both internally developed and externally sourced systems to fulfill business requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience with extensive exposure to information technology systems/processes, programming/engineering, or management of IT projects OR a minimum of two years as a Product Technology Owner (I). Strong familiarity with all elements of systems analysis, design, and technology implementation in a business context, along with principles of design thinking and agile software delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and achieve results through collaboration. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong time management capabilities are essential. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is necessary. Possesses effective problem-solving abilities. Knowledgeable in various IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and SQL Server and/or DB2.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • A college degree, ideally in technology-related fields. Project Management Professional Certification and Certified Scrum Master are advantageous.
  • Experience in systems analysis within a business context. Over 2 years of experience managing or leading IT-related projects and project management processes. More than 3 years of experience working in or with agile software delivery teams. Subject matter expertise in design and application development across multiple systems.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, Project Web App, and Server SharePoint.

  • This position requires full onsite presence in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
