UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher at Gitwit Creative, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our software products. Your expertise in user discovery and testing will help us build products that make a meaningful difference in people's daily lives.
We're looking for someone who can design and execute research plans tailored to specific product goals and stages. You'll collaborate with designers, strategists, engineers, and other researchers to develop fresh ideas and improve existing ones.
Whether you're validating a new concept, testing wireframes, or refining live products, you'll be at the forefront of uncovering the insights that guide our product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute research plans that employ a variety of different research methods
- Deliver findings that drive action, telling stories that spark empathy and inspire action from our teams
- Stay up-to-date with new research techniques and experiment with innovative approaches to lead to better outcomes
- Apply your expertise across industries, from healthcare and banking to consumer apps and SaaS products
- Experience in a UX Research or similar role, focusing on user discovery and testing for software products
- Proven ability to design and execute research plans tailored to specific product goals and stages
- A mixed-methods research toolkit, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research
- Storytelling skills to synthesize and communicate complex insights to cross-functional teams
