Job Description

Ritronics Inc is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and grow customer relationships and sales.
  • Provide quotations and manage the order life cycle.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales:
    • Discuss product/service features, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare quotes.
    • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into possible sales.
  • Business Development and Customer Relationship Management:
    • Use sales reports to review the customers' history with our company to identify customers that have not done business in several years - contact them, present our pitch and request that they give us an opportunity to quote.
    • Improve business relationships; specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth.
    • Identify and propose items to place in inventory to meet the requirements of new and existing customers.
  • Customer Service:
    • Follow-up with existing customers via phone and email to verify product satisfaction.
    • Resolve product discrepancies by processing the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best solution to solve the problem.
    • Open customer accounts by recording account information and maintain customer records by updating account information.
    • Process/Send Sales Order Acknowledgements to customers and alert customers of any changes that are made to PO.
    • Review Sales orders in conflict report and advise customer of any possible delays.
    • Check on order status for customers and any other requests.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1- 2 years experience
