Job Overview

Compensation: $16.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly performance bonuses are available in addition to base salary.***

Westdale Asset Management is looking for a dedicated grounds maintenance technician to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our residential communities. The properties, comprising 528 units, are conveniently located with easy access to major highways. Our ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work and possesses a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of the property grounds and communal areas.
  • Remove litter and debris to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks utilizing various tools and cleaning supplies.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as directed by the Community Manager or supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet physical demands and follow instructions effectively.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
  • Certification as a Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus.
