Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team at CLEAR Property Management LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the grounds, buildings, and other community features.
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other maintenance staff and supervisors to achieve common goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC and EPA Certification I and II preferred.
  • Two years of related experience or training in maintenance, repair, and operations.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill job functions.
  • Ability to read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
  • Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Basic set of hand tools required; use of general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, refrigerant recovery units, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment.
