As a Properties Repreparing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting buildings, equipment, and appliances to identify and repair faults, ensuring they are functioning properly.
  • Creating and implementing property maintenance policies and standards to prevent misuse of property appliances.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors, and site workers to secure the best deals on property repairs, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring properties are safe and free from hazards by removing harmful objects and equipment and implementing emergency response systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing problems with appliances, including minor issues like light fixtures, clogged toilets, and leakages.
  • Checking electrical wiring for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards to prevent accidents.
  • Maintaining open communication with property owners, liaising with consultants and property managers for information on operations, renovations, and authorizations.
  • Cleaning and preparing vacated buildings and rooms for new occupants.
  • Supervising the regular cleaning of the swimming pool to promote good hygiene.
  • Designing and scheduling work to be executed on properties.
  • Conducting training for new maintenance workers to familiarize them with the job.
Compensation:

$15.00 per hour
