  • Organize and maintain front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed

You Will Create Value by:

  • Building a motivating environment that inspires your team to deliver their best
  • Stepping in to lead when the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager is not present
  • Engaging residents in meaningful conversations that demonstrate your concern and genuine desire to make them feel at home
  • Solving problems for customers and treating them with the same care and respect you would offer to a close friend
  • Meticulously following up with residents to ensure their needs are met
  • Playing an active role in maintaining the community's impeccable condition
  • Jumping in to cover for team members when needed
  • Seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience

What You Bring to Us:

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environments
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and a passion for creating engaging content
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A sharp professional appearance
  • Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs
  • An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating customer needs
  • A customer-focused mentality
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver a lot of packages during the holidays)
