Tempur Sealy International is a leading designer, manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of bedding products worldwide. As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving the sleep of more people, every night, all around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate accurate forecasts for assigned categories and channels
  • Drive improvements in demand accuracy through process enhancements
  • Compile and analyze historical data, market trends, promotions, and opportunities
  • Study purchase trends against promotions and seasonal performance
  • Coordinate new product introductions with brand, sales, and key retailers
  • Use and maintain current demand-planning systems to create the best forecast possible
  • Assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast and recommend revisions and tactics
  • Manage statistical forecast exceptions and communicate forecast confidence to relevant functional groups
  • Prepare relevant reporting and presentations for monthly forecast alignment and demand reviews
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Category Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 years of planning or supply chain experience
  • APICS or IBF certification desired
  • Consumer products industry and/or manufacturing support experience a plus
  • Experience with S&OP Process Improvement
