**Job Summary:**

Dakota DesignStaff Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide temporary, part-time support with setting up specification editing software for an established architectural firm in the Greater Boston area.

* Collaborate with the Principal-in-Charge and Project Managers to review specification edits and provide feedback
* Create office masters for specification sections using the software, based on feedback from the Principal-in-Charge and Project Managers
* Conduct research into products or installation requirements
* Develop action plans or guides in Word explaining how to use the office master sections

**Requirements:**

* Highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable with learning and using new software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Work Environment:**

This is an in-person position, requiring the ability to work in the office. Remote work is not an option. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members.
