We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Labels professional to join our team at 5th HQ. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our labels meet all quality standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect packaging materials, including labels, retail cartons, and other items, to ensure they meet specifications.
- Perform visual inspections and weigh labels to confirm quantity and quality.
- Update ERP systems and maintain inventory control to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with packaging teams to provide packaging materials and ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct quality assurance tasks, including sampling, inspections, and tests, to ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety initiatives, company policies, FDA, and DEA regulations.
- Document all work performed, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness, and approve labels for in-process operations.
- Review records for cGMP compliance, accuracy, and thoroughness, and inform management of any issues or deviations.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years' experience in quality control of a manufacturing environment.
- Spanish - Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA guidelines.
- Detailed-oriented individual with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic math skills.
