- PE license for Texas is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in utilities, water, and/or environmental projects, ideally related to residential land development
- Experience with Municipal Public Works / MUD and land development projects
- Oversee MUD projects - participate in board meetings, review construction plans and utility service agreements, manage contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare engineering reports
- Provide technical support related to water/wastewater, drainage, environmental, and infrastructure matters
- Identify potential challenges and risks associated with designs and construction plans
- Conduct site assessments as necessary
