Job Responsibilities Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license for Texas is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in utilities, water, and/or environmental projects, ideally related to residential land development
  • Experience with Municipal Public Works / MUD and land development projects
Daily Tasks:
  • Oversee MUD projects - participate in board meetings, review construction plans and utility service agreements, manage contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare engineering reports
  • Provide technical support related to water/wastewater, drainage, environmental, and infrastructure matters
  • Identify potential challenges and risks associated with designs and construction plans
  • Conduct site assessments as necessary
