Project Engineer

SNIPEBRIDGE is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to support our progressive and dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating and providing client communication, ensuring project progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate and provide client communication.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Report and proposal writing.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 6-8+ years of post-graduate professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects from concept through construction documents.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, techniques, and industry standards.
- Ability to work well on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, LDT, Hydro CAD, Flowmasters, StormCAD, etc.
- PE registration is highly preferred, or the intention to complete registration.
The hiring range for this position is between $105,000 and $180,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate's education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must already possess long-term work authorization.
