Job Description

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at GE Healthcare, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of technical projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our internal customers. You will partner with functional managers and program management teams to define feature backlogs and acceptance criteria, working closely with our technical DevSecOps team to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and of desired quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with functional partners and technology leadership to define feature backlogs and specify acceptance requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products, prioritizing continuously in accordance with customer needs and problems.
  • Own and manage the backlog, ensuring that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
  • Manage project risks, scope changes, and other non-standard events throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matches stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role focused on project management.
  • Proficiency with Agile and project management tools such as Rally, Jira, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps theory, CI/CD, software design, coding principles, and working in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with scrum teams and driving process improvements.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
  • Must be willing to travel internationally (2-3 weeks per year).
  • Must be willing to work hybrid out of an office located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
