Job Responsibilities
  1. Effectively manage supplies and staff labor hours to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Assist with billing log preparation and updates as needed.
  3. Perform duties as assigned to meet patient care or operational needs.
  4. Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete physician orders.
  5. Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles.
  6. Comply with applicable healthcare professionals' practice act requirements.
  7. Maintain thorough, accurate, and appropriate documentation in patient records.
  8. Report any significant information or change in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
  9. Participate in staff meetings and attend in-service and continuing education offerings as required.
Requirements
  • Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
  • Previous dialysis experience preferred.
  • Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
