Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive company revenue by presenting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with clients
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to leverage them to drive sales growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
