We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN to join our team at SKLD Zeeland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents on our assigned unit.
- Assist in the planning, development, and operation of the assigned unit to ensure residents receive quality care 24/7.
- Assess resident conditions, implement interventions, and develop care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care to residents.
- Perform various treatments, including wound care, IV therapy, and tube feedings.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- CPR certification.
- One year of professional nursing experience in long-term care (desired but not required).
- Knowledge of applicable state nursing regulations.
