We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at SKLD Zeeland. As a Charge Nurse RN/LPN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess resident conditions to implement interventions and develop care plans
- Accurately record resident observations and follow through on care plans
- Ensure facility medical records policies and procedures are adhered to
- Make regular rounds of residents independently and with a physician
- Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care to residents
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR certification
- One year of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting (desired)
- Knowledge of applicable state nursing regulations (preferred)
