About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at SKLD Zeeland. As a Charge Nurse RN/LPN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident conditions to implement interventions and develop care plans
  • Accurately record resident observations and follow through on care plans
  • Ensure facility medical records policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Make regular rounds of residents independently and with a physician
  • Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care to residents
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • CPR certification
  • One year of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting (desired)
  • Knowledge of applicable state nursing regulations (preferred)
