Role Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
1. Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
3. Provide therapy and support to patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and respectful approach.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Work Environment:

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Washington.
- Relevant education and certification in the field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy.
- Familiarity with feeding and swallowing disorders.
