The Lobby Services Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all surfaces and items within designated areas of the hotel, adhering to the cleanliness standards set by Shopping Center Management d b a Turnberry Associates.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas
  • Prepare cleaning carts with necessary supplies and equipment
  • Dust shelves and counters; sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and staircases
  • Deliver food and beverage trays/items from public areas to service locations
  • Maintain cleanliness of public and internal guest restrooms, including mirrors, vanities, sinks, toilets, walls, and floors
  • Restock vending machines and restroom supplies
  • Keep the front entrance tidy and welcoming
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as required
Position Qualifications:
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury setting
Educational Background:
  • High School diploma is preferred
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Capability to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed
  • Must be able to reach, grasp, handle, pull, and push with hands
  • Good near and far vision is essential
  • Ability to hear, speak, and detect odors
  • Exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals is part of the role
  • Ability to adapt to varying levels of noise, temperature, lighting, and air quality
