Job Description

This Speech-Language Pathologist will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for patients at Norman Regional Health System. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through education, assessment, and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and goals
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans that promote optimal communication and swallowing outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Compensation and Benefits: This full-time position comes with a competitive compensation package, including an estimated hourly rate of $45.91, based on average US salaries for similar roles. Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma
  • Prior experience with Vital Stim certification and Medicare documentation is highly desirable
