Role Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and highly proficient Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP Fieldglass, focusing on implementation, configuration, and optimization. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting and delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients' contingent workforce management requirements. Collaboration with clients, project managers, and technical teams will be essential to ensure effective project execution and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Create detailed SAP Fieldglass solutions to fulfill clients' contingent workforce management objectives.
- Design and document both high-level and detailed architectures, including system interfaces, data flows, and integration points.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to industry best practices.
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the deployment of SAP Fieldglass, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to comprehend their business needs and goals.
- Configure SAP Fieldglass modules (e.g., Vendor Management, Statement of Work, Contingent Workforce) to align with client specifications.
- Project Management and Delivery:
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to guarantee successful project outcomes.
- Address project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Client Engagement and Support:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular status meetings and presentations with clients, project teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and user training.
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and system optimization within SAP Fieldglass.
- Stay informed about the latest SAP Fieldglass features, enhancements, and industry trends.
- Offer recommendations for system upgrades, enhancements, and best practices to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience and Expertise:
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, and support.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering comprehensive SAP Fieldglass solutions for large-scale clients.
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce management, vendor management, and related business processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass modules, including Vendor Management, Statement of Work, and Contingent Workforce.
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass integration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, Ariba) using middleware and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, reporting, and analytics within SAP Fieldglass.
- Project Management:
- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP Fieldglass implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
