Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Sullivan's Foods. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and upholding the high standards of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter, offering convenient and specialty products and services.
  • Support the front-end team by assisting with cashiering, bagging, and running money order machines, electronic payment machines, and postal machinery.
  • Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.
  • Conduct cashier accuracy audits and provide low-level troubleshooting and/or inform store management of problem areas.
  • Provide backup services to employees in all areas of responsibility, including Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and pushing carts.
  • Support the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
