Great Day Improvements is EXPANDING and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Customer Care Team.

Our Customer Care Representatives serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive first impression.


Their main duty is to assist new clients in arranging a complimentary design consultation with one of our Design Consultants.

We are seeking FULL TIME – EVENINGS & WEEKENDS.

REMOTE WORK OPTION AFTER TRAINING

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from our clients, identify their needs, and schedule a design consultation with one of our product specialists or direct them to the relevant department.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
  • Accurately input customer information into our system to set each appointment.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients as needed for follow-up initiatives.
  • Additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone
  • Capacity to multitask (talk and type simultaneously) and handle objections
  • Positive, professional demeanor – a team player
  • Genuine enjoyment in assisting customers
  • Computer proficiency is essential along with the ability to learn our phone and database systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
