Job Opportunity: Seasonal Resource Assistant

The State of Connecticut is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Resource Assistant. This role will provide support to our geological survey team in various field and office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in field mapping activities, including data collection and geologic site database maintenance.
  • Support the production of digital data and map compilation using GIS geodatabase maintenance.
  • Contribute to survey collections, including maps, documents, and sample collections.
Requirements:
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Background in Geosciences and GIS is preferred.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Online, ArcPro, FieldMaps, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
