Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Service Team Member to join our team As a Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers shop our store, providing friendly service, and ensuring all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
  • Offer a fast and friendly checkout experience, execute cash handling to standards, and engage customers on the benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards
  • Educate customers on the voice of customer survey and assist with omni-channel processes, including buy online pickup in-store and ship from store
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, and ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
  • Perform store in stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations, and promote commitment to the organization's vision and values
  • Cross-trained in custom framing selling and production

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Work Environment

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
