  • Providing coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of courier experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
  • Good human relations and verbal communications skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred

Additional requirements include:

  • Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge
  • Must meet and maintain the qualifications as outlined in the federal motor carrier safety regulations
  • Must pass all FedEx Express and regulatory/statutory required background checks or security threat assessments

Working conditions include:

  • FMCSA covered safety sensitive position
  • Medical exam required
  • Subject to regulatory alcohol and drug testing

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and hazardous materials endorsement (HME)
  • Good driving record as outlined in policy

Pay: $20.22 per hour. Full-time position, Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM.
