AdministrativeSpecialist (Part Time) Job Description

Our Corporate Office located in Twin Falls is looking for an exceptional Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist assists with the servicing of all of our brokerage offices' back-office needs. This includes: vetting and setting up new customers and carriers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and collections.

Administrative Specialist Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the role
  • Answer phones, emails, etc.
  • Complete assigned tasks for the vetting and setting up of new customers and carriers
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Assist with handling billing, collections, and invoicing
Administrative Specialist Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Work ethic second-to-none
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience in a clerical position/office setting
  • Experience in Transportation or Logistics Industry is a plus, but not required
