- Provide exceptional service to customers while embodying the values of World Market.
- Organize and stock products in alignment with visual merchandising standards and safety protocols.
- Process transactions efficiently and in accordance with customer service best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the stockroom and sales floor.
- Follow all company policies regarding loss prevention and handling of distressed merchandise.
- Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist with unloading shipments as necessary.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a retail environment, though not mandatory.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in initiating customer conversations.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
