About the Role:

As a skilled Building Engineer at CBRE, you will be responsible for performing complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision, you will monitor building system operations and performance, applying several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Align with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

Perform contracted work, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.

Inspect the work performed by outside contractors.

Review assigned work orders.

Estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.

Order materials and supplies to finish the tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or trade school training.

Universal CFC certification preferred.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Pay Disclaimer:

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $28.85/hr and the maximum salary for this position is $33.65/hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
