Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN to join our team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. As a Premier Per Diem RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children in the PICU, CVICU, NICU, and CDH units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Florida State or Compact License required.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Preferred experience in pediatric and/or Emergency.
- BLS certification provided by AHA.
