Critical Care Float Pool RN

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float Pool team at HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital. As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in our ICU, PACU, and Emergency Department units.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in our critical care units.
- Instruct patients and families on medication and treatment instructions.
- Maintain and review patient records, including posting test and examination results.
- Administer medications as per physician orders.
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum one year prior experience in Critical Care and Emergency Department required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required (6 months grace period given from hire date).
- Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred.
