Job Description

CESO is seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Designer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing plumbing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop plumbing systems and layouts for small to large projects
  • Collaborate with internal staff to perform calculations and design engineering systems
  • Prepare and review shop drawings and equipment submittals for conformance to plan documents and project specifications
  • Apply local, state, and federal regulations to project designs
  • Communicate design requirements with architects, contractors, and equipment manufacturer representatives
  • Support engineers and project managers in daily planning, coordination, and completion of projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of relevant design experience
  • Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (FE) and certification as an EIT with a state licensure board preferred
