Job Overview

HopeHealth is seeking a skilled Paramedic to support our Hospice Care Team. As a Paramedic, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to patient homes to provide medical care and support
  • Collaborate with Triage RNs to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide vital signs, assist with patient repositioning, and secure wound dressings
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Document patient care and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Current State of Rhode Island and Massachusetts Paramedic license
  • Minimum of two years' field Paramedic experience
  • Valid and current driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to read, speak, and write legibly in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
