We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Callaway Gardens. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints, special requests, and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any damages or repairs needed to management and communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Inventory Management: Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 1 Year of Prior Related Housekeeping Experience Preferred.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
