POSITION SUMMARY:
The Gaming Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while overseeing gaming activities and managing staff on the casino floor. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot machine issues as they arise and to monitor gaming operations continuously. The Supervisor is tasked with processing jackpots and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed. A thorough understanding of all relevant casino policies and procedures is essential for this role. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for training new hires in both Slot Attendant and Supervisor roles, ensuring they are well-versed in operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the overall performance of the casino floor, including staffing and guest services.
  • Maintain knowledge of all promotional events and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Protect the assets of S&K Gaming, LLC, and keep the Slot Manager informed of all activities during shifts.
  • Address and resolve customer and employee disputes effectively.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a casino environment or in a supervisory capacity. Previous experience in the gaming industry and with cash handling is necessary.

CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING:
  • Annual completion of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act training.
  • SafeServ certification is mandatory.
  • Supervisory training must be completed within one month of hire.
  • Annual viewing of Customer Service and Sexual Harassment training videos.
  • Cash handling and POS training are required.
  • Completion of gaming application and fingerprinting process is necessary.
  • Successful passing of a pre-employment drug test and compliance with random drug testing policies.
  • It is the employee's responsibility to maintain current and valid documentation.

POSITION SUMMARY FOR SLOT ATTENDANT:
The Slot Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests warmly and ensuring cleanliness in all customer areas. This role includes taking beverage orders and processing payments for alcohol purchases. A friendly and courteous demeanor is essential at all times. The Slot Attendant must ensure that casino operations comply with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, National Indian Gaming Commission, Tribal Gaming Commission, and any applicable state regulations. Knowledge of internal policies regarding cash handling and payouts is critical, and adherence to these procedures is expected on a daily basis.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred candidates will have at least six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
