Behavioral Health Coach Job Description

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Coach to provide coaching and training to DSP staff, caregivers, and family members.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field and at least two years of experience working with individuals with IDD and/or BH diagnoses.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, mileage reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and flexible spending account.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with IDD and BH diagnoses.
