We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate who is passionate about living well and has a desire to share that passion with others. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing product recommendations, and generating sales to meet personal and company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Generate sales and meet personal and company productivity goals
  • Work collaboratively with store management to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process cash transactions, manage inventory, and complete omni-channel orders in compliance with company guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Passion for living well and sharing that passion with others
  • Self-motivated and strong communication and team building skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
