About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Collaborate with regional and national teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a management role in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and service leadership, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel to attend internal education and meetings, as well as fill in at other branches as needed.
