About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with regional managers to set goals and monitor branch progress
  • Manage day-to-day branch activities, including staff development and retention
  • Build and maintain external business and community relationships
  • Monitor and address branch delinquency and customer service issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
  • 1-3 years of experience in a management role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Series 6/63/life licensing a plus
