Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

At Soliant, we are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team in a school district in Liberty Lake, Washington.
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant who can provide high-quality speech and language services to students with communication disorders. As a key member of our team, you will evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess students' communication skills to identify areas of need
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student progress and success
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
- A valid Washington State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Weekly pay with competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Guaranteed work hours
- Payment for both direct and indirect services rendered
