Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team in Moses Lake, WA.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or licensed SLP to gain hands-on experience working with K-12 students in a supportive school-based setting.
  • The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals and contribute to the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess student needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet their unique requirements.
  2. Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to create a supportive learning environment that promotes student speech and language progress.
  3. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship and state licensure.
  • Strong passion for working with children in educational settings and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
