Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Development: Prepare site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Team Management: Manage and oversee a team of 6 engineers, ensuring effective collaboration between in-office and remote team members.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, contractors, and government regulatory agencies regarding engineering permitting and site development issues.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all engineering projects comply with legal standards and environmental regulations.
- Professional Qualifications: Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Education: Required to have a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Skills and Experience: Demonstrated ability to be detailed, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Proven experience in managing multiple projects and leading a team of engineers.
