Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Construction Management Professional to manage DOA/FP&C projects in Louisiana, particularly in New Orleans. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.

  • The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, etc., and demonstrable knowledge of Auto-CAD and other design software.
  • Prior experience with construction drawings, cost estimates, draft specifications, technical memoranda, and visual aids is highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to acquire basic knowledge and develop specific job-related skills.
  • Prior experience with datasets required for projects, including collection, management, and analysis, is also essential.
  • In addition, support includes preparation and submission of permit applications, quality assurance reviews, risk assessments, and other tasks.
  • Project closeout tasks are an essential part of this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
  • At least 3 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, etc.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Auto-CAD and other design software.
