Business Growth Manager

Durr Heavy Construction is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales, with a deep understanding of the construction market and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our Executive and Project Management teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win them.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take their career to the next level. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE ANNUAL BUSINESS PLANS ALIGNED WITH COMPANY GOALS, IDENTIFYING MARKET OPPORTUNITIES AND COORDINATING WITH MARKETING TO CREATE COLLATERAL TO WIN THE WORK.
- MAINTAIN A CURRENT KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT, COMPETITORS, CUSTOMERS, AND MARKET TRENDS, LEVERAGING INSIGHTS TO BENEFIT THE BUSINESS.
- EXPAND OUR CLIENT BASE BY BUILDING STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH DESIGN, ENGINEERING, AND TRADE PARTNERS.
