Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. As a key member of our service division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling service calls, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and schedule service calls for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
  • Follow scripting while prioritizing call types for maximum efficiency and success
  • Set up customers and schedule service calls
  • Answer inbound calls for sales as a backup to sales coordinators
  • Help with outbound calls and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience desired
  • Must be reliable and have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of the Twin Cities marketplace helpful
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and work effectively in a team environment
