Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with electronic devices.
- Offer solutions and recommendations for device problems.
- Communicate technical information to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Provide clients with repair estimates and timelines.
- Ensure all repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards.
- Welcome clients warmly and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences.
- Stay informed about accessory inventory and suggest products as needed.
- Monitor device inventory and protect store stock.
- Utilize the point-of-sale system for accurate customer records and repair statuses.
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A+ Certification.
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
- Experience in repairing electronics, smartphones, PCs, and gaming consoles.
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
- Prior experience in retail electronics or mobile carrier environments.
Compensation:
Competitive pay starting at $37,000, with additional earnings potential through commissions and tips. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans are also available.
