Job Summary

BrightStar Care of Central Western Riverside Co. is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide high-quality client care in the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage client care plans, utilizing sound judgment and critical thinking to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of client care, adhering to regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and recognize the need for emergency measures, taking prompt action to ensure client safety.
  • Treat clients, family, and staff with courtesy and respect, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited practical or vocational school of nursing.
  • Unencumbered license as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in the State of California.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience required; three (3) years preferred.
  • Certified CPR and demonstrate strong clinical skills.
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
  • SmartPhone.
  • Negative TB test or chest x-ray.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
