Job Summary:

Provide internal PC support and management in the form of installing software and updates, diagnosing hardware and software problems; and repairing PCs as well as peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High level of motivation and independence
  • Strong background with Windows-based software troubleshooting
  • Windows 10+ and the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones
  • Ability to multi-task technical fast

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of client computing technologies and their inter-workings.
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Must be knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones
  • Ability to multi-task technical fast

Additional Information:

Relocation to site is required. Minimum Experience: 0>2 years.
